Wellness Saturday: Yoga

Start off the morning with a walk and yoga on our trails. This month’s wellness program will incorporate beginner yoga with teacher Kelly Miller. Please bring a yoga mat or towel in addition to your walking shoes.

Welcome fall’s beauty with a variety of wellness programs along our trails. Wellness programs occur on the last Saturday of every month and are free to the public. Please dress for the weather. No registration required.
