Pride in the Park is Philadelphia’s queer field day — a 21+ celebration of community, connection, and queer joy.
Spend the day playing inclusive games, enjoying field day favorites, and connecting with local LGBTQ+ sports leagues and organizations. Whether you’re competing, cheering, or just hanging out, there’s something for everyone.
Join us on Saturday, June 21, 2025, in West Fairmount Park for a day full of fun, movement, and community. Pride in the Park is a fundraiser, with all proceeds benefiting Fairmount Park Conservancy to support their mission of caring for and strengthening Philadelphia’s parks.
At its heart, Pride in the Park is a celebration of queer joy — and a powerful reminder of what we can build when we show up for one another.
What’s Happening at Pride in the Park 2025
Queer Run Philly 5K
Queer Run is teaming up with Pride in the Park and Students Run Philly Style to bring you the Queer Run Philly 5K—a community-centered race that celebrates LGBTQ+ joy, resilience, and movement in the heart of Philadelphia.
While we continue to root for the Philly Pride Run to return stronger than ever—whether later this year or in 2026—the Queer Run Philly 5K gives queer and trans Philadelphians, along with our allies, a chance to hold space for community, uplift LGBTQ+ runners, and ensure Pride Month includes the energy, joy, and visibility of a shared road racing experience.
Whether you’re walking your first 5K or chasing a personal best, this race is for you. All fitness levels, paces, genders, and identities are welcome. Our goal? An affirming, energizing experience that’s unmistakably Philly.

Powered by local LGBTQ+ sports leagues and community groups, we’re bringing back some of your favorites from last year, like tug-of-war and kickball, along with new activities and friendly challenges to get the whole community involved.
